Return postage and packaging is at your cost and full refund will be issued with safe arrival of the painting at Shay's studio in Lancefield.

Damaged in Transit: If your new artwork is damaged in transit, full cost of return and full refund is provided by Shay within 14 days of the painting arriving back in her studio in Lancefield.
