There is a quiet kind of magic that follows rain, when the clouds begin to part and sunlight spills across the land as though it has been waiting for just the right moment.

Linger "Across The Paddock" captures one of those fleeting gift, a peaceful corner of the Australian countryside where soft green grass glows beneath a late afternoon sunbeam, leading your eye towards two graceful trees standing proudly before a hillside of dense bush.

Painted with expressive texture and layered oil paint, the work celebrates the beauty found in ordinary moments that so often pass unnoticed.

Fresh greens, warm creams and subtle shifts of light create a landscape that feels both vibrant and deeply restful, inviting you to pause, breathe and linger a little longer.

Inspired by the landscapes of the Macedon Ranges, this original oil painting speaks to nature lovers, collectors and interior designers searching for original Australian landscape art that brings calm, warmth and emotional connection into a home.

If you've ever found yourself stopping simply because the light was too beautiful to walk past, this painting may already feel like yours.
